For this competition, we want above all to emphasise team spirit, whatever your level.<\/p>\n

That’s why we’ve decided not to limit the size of the teams. The idea is to motivate your friends, partners, family or even work colleagues to come and take part in this challenge together!<\/p>\n

The minimum bar you need to be able to lift to participate is 35 kg.
\nWe need you to wear either shorts + high socks or leggings so we can evaluate your technique. Your skin must not come into contact with the bar, but it must be possible to assess whether your knee is locked or not. The official jersey is not required.<\/p>\n

The winner is defined according to the team’s absolute total.<\/p>\n

In conformity with the SDFPF charter, anti-doping controls may be carried out. By participating, you also accept this clause.<\/p>\n

An aperitif will be served at the end of the event to share a moment of conviviality.<\/p>\n
